Trailer Mounted Filtration Systems

Trailer mounted filtration systems from RCI Energy Services and Filtration Solutions, Inc. are designed for many years of reliable service. All systems built by RCI Energy Services are heavy duty, manufactured using only the best indusrial duty components.

Systems designed for transformer oil include pump motors that utilize 240VAC 1 phase power, size 4,000 filter canisters which hold 4 Ertel style filter elements each, and the RCI valve tree which puts all valve functions in one location and includes a 4 way flow reversing valve that allows for single hose operation.

All systems go through a rigorous pre-delivery testing procedure which includes operation for a minimum of 5,000 gallons under all possible conditions and a 30 point quality check.

Our trailers are designed with flexibility in mind to meet a wide range of operational needs. Available tank capacities include 500, 1200, and 2500 gallons. Choose between single or dual filtration systems, and select from manual or electric hose reels for optimal control. For 500 gallon configurations, trailers are available in standard or low profile (short-height) designs to suit specific clearance or storage requirements.
